Design Notes

A small mutation is made to the tac promoter used in front of YF1 and Fixk2 compared to the common tac promoter. The mutation is happened by chance during the process of cloning, but it is proved to work more efficiently than the origin tac promoter, which can dramatically reduce leakage.
